It's not that Bo Pelini isn't a good coach and a fine person, he's just not a head coach! Just look at the development the team made over his tenure. Somebody has to make the right decision and not just hide. Loyalty is one thing, neglicence is another. Don't add onother season like this, or the last one or the one before or.....!
