It looks like it's Nebraska vs. Georgia in the Capital One Bowl.

Florida Citrus Sports has announced that Nebraska will be invited back to the Capital One Bowl on New Years' Day to play an as-of-yet undetermined SEC foe in Orlando.
"With this being Coach (Tom) Osborne’s last game at Nebraska, we are honored to host him, Coach Pelini and this great Nebraska team on New Year’s Day."
Nebraska is one of only four teams in the nation to win nine games each of the last five seasons, joining Alabama, Oregon and Boise State. The Huskers bowl appearance is their 49th all-time bowl appearance.
It's anticipated that Nebraska will play Georgia, which narrowly missed a last second victory over Alabama which would have resulted in the Bulldogs playing for the BCS National Championship.
