I went with USC because I haven’t seen our defense stop or really even slow down a dual threat qb all year long. And I don’t see our offense ripping it up today.

I think the coaches have drilled him so hard
on ball security and not taking needless hits that it might have made him tentative. Just my theory, but seems like something’s up.

I’ve worried about all year. Either he’s under orders to protect himself by the coaches, or he still has memories of last year’s injuries. Either way, I just haven’t seen what he displayed at the beginning of last season.

It's more general than the turnovers though
The blocked extra point was bad. The hail mary was unforgivable. The other long passing play ultimately didn’t hurt us was bad as well. It’s just maddening because we’ve dominated this game outside of those breakdowns.

I’m behind him 100% but that doesn’t mean I can’t criticize the clear flaws of his teams.

And yes, we do have an emotional team that can make mistakes under Bo, but I prefer that to the passionlessness under the prior regime.

I heard him say they didn’t execute on the hail mary and that they’ll be fine in the second half. If thats all he said then there’s no problem. As long as he didn’t tell the reporter “YOU watched the game what did YOU think?” I think its ok.
