From what i've read
I think the SEC actually HAD to say they aren’t going after A & M,basically to avoid a lawsuit by the BIGXII against the SEC. However from what i’ve also read if A & M goes to them (which is a foregone conclusion) then the SEC would take them in a heartbeat. It’s just politics that makes the team needing to kiss the don’s ring instead of visa versa
