Nebraska Basketball - Victorious!

OK...maybe I'm over-doing it a little bit. But it ain't losing to Northwestern, and it ain't scandal at Penn State. Something positive!!

Gotta be encouraged by seeing Dylan Talley and Bo Spencer showing up on the stat sheet the way they did. Even in an exhibition game. We need scoring and we need leadership....We may very well have both. GBR!

Still, it’s nice we didn’t lose to Doane. That would’ve been embarrassing.

Always check the words with the red squiggly line. They mean you probably screwed up.

Yes.

South Dakota won’t be so nice if we do the same on Friday. They still have that Westbrook character, and he put 24 points on us last year.
I think the only troubling part, is that Doc was supposedly working on ball security this season. Ugh. It’s like there is a sickness in Lincoln with holding on to any ball made of leather.

I'm 19, so the liquor might have to wait.

I’m definitely optimistic. You should see some of the stuff I wrote for Bright Side of the Sun before the Suns’ season started last year (ugh).

And it’s actually kind of weird for me. I was born and raised here in Omaha, and as such I was raised to be a CU basketball and Husker football fan. As a Nebraska resident, I enjoy seeing any team in the state having success. But as a CU fan, I also enjoy seeing how pathetic Nebrasketball can be. SO I suppose it’s a win-win for me. No matter what happens with the Huskers I’m happy (except when they beat Creighton – I was at that game last year and it totally sucked).
