B1G Conference Names: Pig & Corn (from Black Shoe Diaries)
Having visited the Black Shoe Diaries site, one of the writers there uses the following terms for the two B1G divisions: Pig & Corn
Not bad, and they do kind of reflect the regions that the teams represent. And the Corn Nation fits right in there in the Corn division, don't you think? That L&L shit has to go!
Below are the current standings posted on the BSD site, simply as filler here to meet the ridiculous requirements of 75 words.

Not to detract from Pig and Corn,
but I’ve been preoccupied with some stuff in my real life since shortly after the end of the game Saturday evening and just noticed the standings in the conference races.
If PSU and MSU win out, will they put the Land Grant Trophy on the line in the CCG? Meaning, the winner gets the B1G Championship trophy, and the loser has to take the Land Grant Trophy home?
