GO BIG RED!

Nothing special here. Just getting ready to dump on UCLA and get that second round win. The Bruins are 25-8 on the season, taking the 2nd place spot in the Pac-10. As an 8 seed, I can see the Bruins giving us a run for our money here. UCLA took NC State to the woodshed in the first round, winning easily by 20. Although it seems that in the womens game, teams either win by a few or blow people out of the water.

Word from last game was that they play a lot of zone? I'm guessing their coaching staff will make adjustments. If they play a zone against our shooters, and let's hope they do, it will be bombs away, and game over for the Bruins.

Let's help the Huskers continue their streak here, and advance to their first ever Sweet 16. It seems that with every game now, the Big Red are accomplishing another "first", and this game could feature two of them. Nebraska has never beaten UCLA, going 0-4 all time against the Bruins. Oh, and watch out for UCLA's coach, apparently she has a very peculiar fashion sense while taking the floor.

Game tips off at 8:35pm CST, at Williams Arena in Minneapolis, MN

Go Huskers!

He's gone...

He’s been working his way through a bunch of SBNation blogs, and has already been banned on most…including this one now.

27-25 Huskers on another Turner 3 pointer

Bruins turn it over as well. Chance to go up by 4 or 5.

I’m liking the energy now, but we cannot afford to go down early against the likes of Standford or Uconn.

Well, hopefully they can regain that momentum after the half. It’d sure be nice to get at least a sweet 16 appearance!
