Not a bad idea
When you have a football team people don’t want to pay too much to watch. I expect more small-drawing football teams in major metro areas to try this. A minor-league baseball team in my city did this, and I got a great deal out of it.
I believe the proper response to this is laughter, so...
Hahahahahahahaha!
It appears as if my signature carries a certain weight with the Suns front office. I called for Jared Dudley to be extended, and they obeyed. I'm kind of a big deal. So BSotS, what should I demand next?
okay
you’d think that a guy who runs a web site would know…. but wtf is groupon? X amount of people have to agree to buy something at a discount?

Something like that
It’s a daily email coupon deal service that gives you a (theoretically) really cheap deal for a different local business each weekday.
I believe businesses pay Groupon to be featured in a deal, and then they’re ideally flooded with hundreds or thousands of new customers. It’s been big in those hip, techy kind of cities like Portland, San Francisco and Austin for the past couple of years, and it’s gradually moving into smaller metro areas.

Maybe I could find
a ticket for the game stuck to the bottom of a Walmart $5 movie bin?!!!

Homer Simpson: "Mmmmm,Beeeeer!!"
Buying a CU football ticket, need to break a $20
I’m sorry, that’s just really sad.

Maybe they should have moved the game to Ames?
Iowa State fans care. (Enter old tired line about there being “too many things to do” in Denver to bother with anything so trite as college football…)
Iowa State is doing this today for their Missouri game.
But they’re charging $25.
