Sad to see Nebraska leaving the Big XII
Hopefully when OU beats O-State tonight and Nebraska gets healthy (Niles Paul and Taylor Martinez) we will see a show down for the ages on the gridiron to end the era of the Big XII Championship.

just beat USC 60-58, coming back from 20 down, tying the biggest comeback in school history.

Some might say they're going to "discredit" our conspiracy theory
I say, they want OU to win because of the ratings the game will get. While OSU is good this year, most people will “get” Oklahoma-Nebraska, and the storylines that will go with it. Therefore, the league will screw OSU out of it.
Yup, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it…until I come up with something else. :-)
My theory?
Since we already know Greg Burks officiates games based on which head coach treats him the nicest, it’s OSU by a hair.

And really, for decades. No one in the Big 12 (or the old Big 8), outside of a few OU fans who respect the old rivalry, give a damn about us. Other than Oklahoma, we used to beat their collective asses for years.
What makes me laugh on the inside is all of their “we hate you and your entitled fanbase, get the hell out” that goes right along with “you bastards shouldn’t have left and thrown out all our history and traditions with you”.
I'm going to repeat this comment:

But when their AD said…and I’m paraphrasing, “Wherever Texas goes, we’ll follow”, I lost a lot of respect. OU should be bigger than that. They shouldn’t cowtow to Texas like that.
For OU as an institution yes....

THANK YOU Corn nation for all of your votes for NU volleyball setter, Sydney Anderson. In that last seven days that we were really pushing the vote for her on this site, she made outstanding gains in her vote totals, way more than any of the other candidates.
As you know, one third of the determining factor of who wins the Lowes Senior Class Award is the fan vote. And Sydney, playing in a 6-2 scheme this year (6-2 meaning two setters rotate) has basically half the court time of the other women who were nominated, so she really needed a good showing in the fan vote.
And, God bless your pea-pickin’ hearts, you came through BIG TIME! Husker, and Corn Nation, fans rock! Thanks to everyone who voted.
On a side note....
Tickets for the game in Dallas are for sale already on the Stillwater Craigslist….
Tickets for the North side are sold out, and the South side all that’s left was nosebleeders….
Whew - busy day.
House decorated for Advent/Christmas, then took Mrs. Rev to see Harry Potter VII.1 before catching Bedlam on DVR. Wow.

Here’s how I’d rank to top 20…but it’s really up for debate. I think that the 1 loss teams (minus Boise and Nevada) all stay above the 2 loss teams, and that Arkansas is the best 2 loss team. But the rest is up for debate. Where the heck do you put Boise and Nevada?
