Husker CornCast: Kansas Recap/A&M Preview
Hosts Will Grubb and Jake Sorensen take a question from the fan line (571-306-CORN), and then grade Taylor Martinez' performance against Kansas, and discuss the dominance of the Blackshirts defense. They speculate about the possibility of Alfonzo Dennard leaving for the NFL Draft and how much DE Jared Crick has helped his status with has past few performances. They then make predictions for the A&M game, and Husker fans won't like Jake's prediction. As always, Jake tells us about the upcoming week in Husker athletics.

I'm more excited about this game
than any other game this year. I’ve seen how our D can handle good offenses but we haven’t yet played what I’d consider a really good defense. The Blackshirts will remedy that come Saturday. Hopefully Tannehill can learn on the fly – should be an entertaining game (that I will have to watch on DVR because some people think it’s ok to get married during football season).
3 - 3 freakin' games I've missed because of weddings this year.
Granted, one was a blast and I partied like it was 1999, but the other two I could have not have given two craps about… grrr… people and their marriages…

I don't go to weddings on gameday
Nu will be the best defense we have faced all year. Should be interesting to see how we respond. Am worried about whether we will be able to run the ball.
Lucky for A&M...
Nebraska has two teams this year. They seem to have one good team, and another doppelganger team who show up and turn over the ball every other tiem they touch it.
Perhaps the latter will show up at Kyle Field, I hope not, though.
