Got back this past weekend after spending 2 weeks in the USA with the family, the highlight (or bummer-light maybe) being able to take in the Big Red vs Longhorns game with my 2 boys & German wife, their 1st live college & Husker football game. I & my youngest son took the seats in the south end-zone (Sec 16), my wife & older took the club seats up high (Sec 222).

Nevertheless, we all had a blast, saw a 95-yd punt return start right in front of us, saw a lot of RED, enjoyed the vittles from Valentino's & Runza, and took lots of pictures for the boys to show to their friends back here in Germany. My wife really enjoyed the marching band (go figure), andshe did learn a little more about the game of football and some of the rules, although she still thinks it is a typical 'macho' sport.

Just wish the result would have been different. Hope the MO game ends differently this coming weekend!
