2010 Nebraska vs Oklahoma State ABC/ESPN Coverage Map
So, if you're in the blue, you get Nebraska on ABC. If in yellow, probably Nebraska on ESPN, you've been screwed all over again and the game will only be available on ESPN3.COM and ESPN Gameplan. If you're in green, you probably should move the hell away from there.......

Just in case it's not clear.....

Fucking bullshit.
I live in Des Moines, so I understand getting the Iowa-Wisconsin game, but why the fuck is the fucking reverse mirror to unranked shitty ACC teams!?!
Hadoken!!
I'm assuming you know how to find local watch parties, right?
I’ll be visiting family in Columbus, so I’m safe, but my parents in Wakefield are going to be PISSED.

Agreed,
and not a possibility for me since Mrs. Rev and I have two toddlers. That + not wanting to pay for bar food & beer = no watch parties since seminary.

Fucking Bullshit is right
Nebraska is the only team of these six that has a ton of fans nationwide. Such bullshit that they are not on the reverse mirror. FUCK THIS SHIT. Off to a sports bar I go at fucking 12pm.
Coverage
Couple of things, the Nebraska game Saturday will only be available on ABC, ESPN3.com, or ESPN GamePlan, it’s not part of the reverse mirror.
For those in NE Nebraska, the Husker game will be on KCAU digital subchannel 9.2 and good news for us Husker fans in Central Iowa, the Husker game will be on WOI digital subchannel 5.2, which is carried on Mediacom Digital Cable (I think channel 245).
The digital subchannels ARE NOT on either Dish Network or DirecTV.
Yikes, I hope this is somehow wrong
I’m in Lincoln, so I’ll be fine, but totally locking the Nebraska game out of the mirror rendering it totally untelevised for some people in NE Nebraska and Western Iowa is just pathetic.
Earth shattering announcement: no one within 1000 miles of here cares about the ACC.
"My hardest job is to convince the people of Nebraska that 10-1 is not a losing season." - Tom Osborne
I'm thinking a flood of emails to ABC complaining about the coverage might be in order.
Anyone care to post the link?

I got sooo lucky!
I’m surrounded by yellow and green but, I’m on an island of blue. Maybe Montgomery, AL isn’t so bad after all..
Oh who am I kidding, there is no place like Nebraska! (minus Sioux City affiliate areas)

I was wondering about that.
Why does Montgomery get the NU-OSU game when everyone around them gets Clemson-GT? Is Justin Blackmon from Montgomery or something?

I looked it up and no
He’s from Oklahoma. I really don’t get it. I know people around here aren’t particularly fond of the ACC. But it’s SEC country, they hate all other conferences anyway. I’m just happy for now, as soon as we start playing on Fox Sports Net I won’t be able to watch. Damned you Dish Network and Fox- damned you!

Regarding Fox and Dish
A double-damn to those greedy sumbitches!
Most of the blame has to go to Fox, though.
Since Fox and DirecTV are both under the same ownership, Fox has no incentive to negotiate in good faith with Dish. If they can’t reach an agreement, Fox still wins as some (or many) Dish customers make the switch to DTV. Win-win for Fox.
If Nebraska plays their cards right, they could be on ABC/ESPN for the rest of the year. 3 of their remaining 6 games have already been picked up by ABC. It’s the Iowa State, Kansas, TAMU stretch you have to worry about.

I highly doubt all three will be picked up.
Maybe A&M. Maybe.

Maybe they could get picked up by TBS
Does TBS even do college football anymore? I’ll be switching to Direct TV as soon as they come out with another great deal. I figured the stalemate between Dish and Fox would be over by now.

Nope
Big 12 games go to ABC/ESPN/ESPN2, Fox Sports Net and Versus.

I'm not a TV expert...
…but I would have to guess that the Nebraska/Oklahoma State game would pull better ratings in Ponca (and other towns in NE Nebraska) than the Iowa/Wisconsin game.
But that’s just a guess.
We'll carry the banner high!

This is funny...
southeastern parts of OREGON!!! will get the Nebraska game, but I’m in Des Moines…3 hours from freaking Lincoln, and I can’t get it. Tell me what kind of F’ed up logic is that?

dollar bills you say?
ya know, it’s just funny though. There is a spot that’s basically in the middle of the state, and it’s yellow. Like they had a monkey draw the lines…

I've gotten used to seeing terrible ACC games...
At least it’s better than Alabama-Duke…
On the bright side, Nebraska gets the Big 10 placement on ESPN next year (that is, every game available either on ABC or ESPN for regional coverage).

Weird coverage?
So who are all the people in central Alabama that care so much about Husker football?
