8514 Miles And HUSKER TIME
Well the oddest thing about flying 8514 miles is that after 20 plus blurry hours inside 3 different planes, you arrive within hours of the time you left. Yes we left on the 10th of October and we arrived on the 10th of October. It is truly like time travel.
So now that the journey is over all I can focus on is the BIG GAME. Texas is like a wounded dog in this match up. I don't think they could be more dangerous than they are now. Mac has never lost 3 games in a row and his confidence against Nebraska teams is borderline arrogant. I will never forget what he said at the end of last years robbery. "We always beat Nebraska like this." I know what he meant, but I also believe he truly believes he will always beat Nebraska in the end. He believes his talent is the best of Texas and that our talent is the Texas players who would not have made his team.
I know Bo is playing his usual "Just the next game" game, but honestly beating Texas is the number 1 focus for me this season. Of course we are a contender to win it all, but beating Texas is still my first priority.
So, CORN over horns!

Now you can enjoy all the things you’ve been missing, Runzas, Dorthy Lynch, Midwestern Hospitality, Football! Hope you enjoy your time back and I’ll see you at the game (I’ll be the one wearing red).
Out of context
I think u are taking mack brown’s comments out of context…i believe he was referring to how all the games between NU and TX are close and competitive and always crazy

Yes jtdiddy
Yes he did mean that, but I don’t think he really meant that. I think, with his smug Texas style, he gave us a little backhanded complement. I actually respect Mack a great deal, but that smirk on his face when he said it kind of rubbed me the wrong way. But no doubt he is one of the good guys in college football. But I still want to beat him!
