CBS Sports Blog Poll Top 25 Ballot #3 - Feedback Required!
After the jump is this week's draft ballot for the CBS Sports Blog Poll Top 25. Per usual, looking for fan feedback on my ballot.
Some notes:
The top four remain unchanged. I didn't move USC up just because they beat Ohio State. I also didn't drop Ohio State all that far just because they lost to one of the top teams in the nation.
I moved BYU quite a bit, probably should have moved them up further last week.
Oklahoma State gets hammered pretty good for giving up 45 points and losing to Houston. Double whammy for you.
Missouri dropped slightly for a poor performance against Bowling Green.

One observation...
…if you are going to penalize Texas for sucky scheduling in the non-conference, shouldn’t you penalize Florida as well? And shouldn’t you reward USC for scheduling Ohio State?
LSU too high
First off I agree with Husker Mike, not so much about penalizing Florida, because everyone knows that they are the best team in college football right now until someone proves otherwise. Although I agree that their scheduling is embarrassing and if they were to lose one game that they should be left out of the NC game. Not only for an extremely weak ooc schedule but also a weak in conference schedule. My only other beef worth posting is that LSU is way to high. Really, what have they done besides almost lose to two poor teams in UW and Vandy. 20th place would fit them far better than 10th.
Was surprised you had okie st fall so hard. Yes they lost but to a pretty good team and it was close. The only team that I think is too high is ole miss. They haven’t really dominated and also haven’t played anybody either.

look at that...
Pittsburgh gettin’ some love after stepping on Buffalo.
I also think that LSU is too high…at least in terms of what they’ve shown this far in the season…and while Ohio State lost, I thought they played pretty well…I could almost see swapping LSU and Ohio State…‘course my name doesn’t go on the ballot (my name doesn’t go on any ballot)…so take that for what it’s worth.
