Nebraska has a lot of young capable players at the linebacker position.

whomever
starts at linebacker is anybody’s guess…… I’m not sure it will matter until we play Virginia Tech – you have to figure that we’ll start only two linebackers against FAU, perhaps all three against Arkansas State, but doubtful.
But VA Tech has a traditional pro offense, and then it will matter a great deal.

On top of that TyRod Taylor can run. Someone will need to be able to spy on him.
