Tom Shatel Talks about Redshirting Cody Green
What do you do with Cody Green this fall, assuming a healthy Zac Lee and Kody Spano? Do you redshirt Green, or find a Terrelle Pryor-like or Slash-like role for him this season?
My suggestion would be to redshirt him, as it takes time to develop a quarterback. Learn the mental side of the college game this fall, then look for ways to get him on the field in 2010. That is, as long as Green's okay with the plan.
