Steve Harley was pulled over around 2:45 a.m. Saturday at 32nd and Holdrege Streets in Lincoln for an improper turn, but the 23-year-old got out of the vehicle and ran about a block before he was detained by officers, according to Lincoln police. Police found Harley’s blood-alcohol level to be .144.
