Way to high IMO
He did go to bowl games, and won the B12 North. Yeah he sucked, and needed to be fired, but I don’t think he’s at #4.

Let's put things in perspective...
Nebraska hadn’t had a losing season since 1961 until Bill Callahan came to town, and did it twice in four years. And frankly, considering the relative strength of the Big XII North during the Callahan years, Nebraska should have won it three out of those years.
Remember, Iowa State tied for the Big XII North championship one of those years. And the other year, Colorado ended up being the representative…and the Buffs got wasted 70-3 by Texas in the title game.
