Joe Dailey Promoted to Full-time Assistant at Buffalo

Buffalo head coach Turner Gill promoted former Husker quarterback Joe Dailey from graduate assistant to tight ends coach.  Dailey had a lackluster career after leaving Nebraska, splitting time at quarterback his junior season and then switching to wide receiver as a senior.

Dailey left Nebraska in a bit of a huff after losing his starting job to Zac Taylor, but certainly seemed to learn quite a bit after leaving Nebraska.  Over Dailey's career, he played for 4 different head coaches and five different offensive coordinators, giving him a wide variety of experiences in learning different offenses.
