"In checking with our partners at Fox, they have told us Nebraska clearly is tops in the Big 12 — if you look at pay-per-view games — and nationally alongside with Florida," Boehm said. "Which is pretty staggering, really. It's really a tribute to all our fans."

Boehm said NU would use its best judgment on potential pay-per-view telecasts through October and November. Fox Sports Net windows only allow for 11:30 a.m. or 6 p.m. kickoffs.

"We want to make sure we're not overdoing it," Boehm said. "We're going to really think about what we do from here on out. It's advantageous for our fans that we don't go to too many night games or too many 11:30 games."
