Would-be Husker expects jeering - The Denver Post

Shaun Mohler expects jeering from Husker fans because he once committed to Nebraska, then left and went to Colorado after Callahan was fired.

Does anyone even remember this guy? Does anyone feel slighted because he went somewhere else after Callahan?

Or are you like me - you don't know his name, and don't particularly care?

Shaun who?

We’ve tried to forget everything about Callahan this year. Why would we remember some recruit that never showed up for practice?

While I'd ordinarily believe

Such is the sort of stuff that fans and sportswriters buzz back and forth about, while the actual players themselves don’t really take any of it too personally…
Of course, none of that really jives with the way they’ve treated Josh Freeman over the years.

I'd be a lot more pissed

about Callahan chasing off Travis Lewis. He is tearing it up this year.

I could care less about recruiting...

…so as far as I’m concerned, this guy is just another Buffy. No more, no less.
