Cornhusker Cody Glenn Suspended Indefinitely
The Life in the Red Lincoln Journal Star blog is reporting that Bo Pelini has suspended Cody Glenn indefinitely for the all-encompassing "violation of team rules".
Glenn is third on the team in tackles. He has been a bright spot on the defense since the season began. There are no further details as to what has happened with Glenn, but I'm sure they'll come out in the next few days, they always do. If they don't, rumors will no doubt abound.
Right now, all I can say is ARRRRGGGGGGGHHHH (not a pirate argh, an "I've been disemboweled" arrrgggh).

rumor
has it that he sold his KU tickets. A big no-no with the NCAA. Doesn’t sound as if he will be let back on, even for the bowl game.
Talk
about a dumbass attack.
"Where do you put the bayonet?" (upon seeing a flamethrower fo the first time)
what?????
are you serious?

is that a violation
worthy of being basically thrown off the team, though?

It's an NCAA violation
It can get the program in trouble. It’s a ‘minor’ violation, but if the school doesn’t do something the NCAA would. If that’s what happened.
I don't feel bad for him...
Anybody dumb enough to break an NCAA rule and get caught should be kicked off the team. I would really like to know how this went down. Hope you have good grades Cody…. Because pro ball is not in your future!
