Nebraska Cornhuskers vs. Oklahoma Sooners TV Schedule
The Nebraska - Oklahoma game will be televised on ESPN.
Kick off will be at 7:15 Central, so another night game, which means plenty of home energy for the Sooners.
Most Husker fans wrote this game off as a loss at the beginning of the season.
This past weekend, Oklahoma's vaunted defense gave up 478 yards through the air to Kansas State's Josh Freeman.
Do you still feel the same way now?

Do I still think we'll lose?
Probably. But, I think that since Oklahoma’s defense has decided not to play since early in the Texas game, we’ve got a chance to keep it close.
In other words, if we don’t turn the ball over, get a couple stops on defense, and make the most of our opportunities, we’ll at least have a shot.
Also, can we score 32 or more? We’re 5-0 when we score 32+, 0-3 when we score 31 or less.

Reality bites we are going to lose
NU’s defense hasn’t proven it can stop anybody for four quarters, and I don’t look for them to magically step up against Bradford and OU. I hope I am completely wrong though. OU’s offense is insanely good which could mean a long day for the Huskers. Just look at last week Stoop’s boys put up 55 points in the FIRST HALF!!!!! I wonder how many they could have put up if they hadn’t gone ball control in the second half? The only chance we have is to do to OU what we did to Texas Tech, a good offense is our best defense. OU’s defense has struggled lately but I believe it looks better than Techs so I say OU48 NU32. Plus it is in Norman, I believe Stoops has only lost at home twice. If the Huskers are able to pull this one off it would probably be the upset of the year next to the Oregon State USC game.

you have it
Fact is, there aren’t many good defenses in the Big 12 if any at all. And you have the key to the game – same thing we did to Tech, play keep away. That’s something KSU didn’t do.
Don’t know if you’ve watched KSU play this year. I have a couple times, including the replay of the OU-KSU game. KSU’s defense may be worse than our 2007 defense. They’re lost, either because they don’t know what they’re doing, or because they have too many new guys and just don’t have any “team” in mind.
In fact, you could take last week’s OU/KSU game as – OU went ball control because there were times they couldn’t stop Josh Freeman and they didn’t want to look any worse than they did.
Chance? Yes. Likely? No.
Keep it close. Anything can happen. (Hopefully)

Play The Game
If Nebraska was automatically going to loose the game then why show up at all? There is a reason why the game is played and anything can happen I like our boys chances.
We are not seen as a big threat and I believe the guys will be ready and have some tricks up their sleeves. In one of the most intense rivalrys in all of sports I think crazy things can happen.

Your right
You are right bleedred that is why they play the game. I didn’t mean to sound like we shouldn’t show up, but if you look at from a talent perspective and it being played in Norman the deck is stacked against us. Crazier things have happened, a couple turnovers, some big plays, and you never know what will happen. I live down here in Oklahoma City and am going to the game, haven’t been to one in Norman yet and am looking forward to it. You can’t imagine how great it would be for us to win this game and get the bragging rights for a year. Go Big Red!!!!!
