Watching a bit of Texas/Oklahoma, it looks like they got the same refs that were in Lincoln last week…and they aren’t any better…

was in FQ ’til about 6:00 am. not heavy drinking, but after this week, the lack of sleep is kind of wearing on me.

Good effort by the Huskers, and hoooooly crap what a game plan. Most teams try to control the clock for 40 minutes against Tech, but few actually accomplish it. I don’t know what to attribute it to. The Tech D didn’t blitz as much as we’ve all been led to believe they would, not much went right on defense for the Red Raiders.
We’re going to absolutely destroy A&M next week because of this game. I hope you guys are happy.
After all is said and done, more is said than done.
Oh, and don’t complain about officiating. That unnecessary roughness call on that sack that eventually led to a touchdown? Puhlease. That pass-interference non-call with 3 seconds left? Puhlease.
Let’s all just come together and admit that Big XII officials suck at their job.

he freaking punched him in the throat. Go back and watch it and then look at what the ref says to Leach. He clearly throws his forearm indicating that the player threw a forearm. It was a stupid play by your defender. Same as the one by ours.
What about the missed face mask or the two bogus holding calls before half. We have every reason to bitch.
