PrintOkay, so I'm back from a Boy Scout excursion, and happy to watch the Huskers versus Texas on Fox Sports.
Texas leads 2-0 in the first, but Nebraska has already loaded the bases with zero outs.

gets struck out looking
as Texas goes down 1-2-3 in the top of the third.
Texas still leading 2-1.
Russell had hit
another home run in the first - a two-run homer to give Texas the lead 2-0.
lead off guy Belftonte
gets a hit for the Huskers
Wehrle up now... base hit, Belfonte to third.
Corriston struck out
not a good at-bat.

I believe Texas
used four pitchers last night.
they may be already switching pitchers after the third inning here but they do have a very deep pitching staff (from what I understand).

Dorn walks Peoples, so the last two batters are at first, second, one out.

Belfonte coming over - but the wind was so bad, it blew the ball in, Belfonte diving but couldn't make the catch. Belfonte might be injured, looks like he jammed something, but stays out there.

We need Dorn
to last a little longer, I think
Charlie Shirek out, and hasn't been very good lately anyway, but we need to use some pitching tomorrmow.
Texas scores - two outs, RBI to Texas' Tucker.

Russel advances
to second on an error throw by Dorn to first.

he's got to last for quite a while.
Nebraska has to get this stuff together. We're facing a helluva good team in Texas, so it may be interesting as to how all of this comes together with regards to pitching for Nebraska.
Chopper, Optiz to first, retires the side.

We need to keep the offense going. Doing much better, but it has to keep going now.

shortstop makes a great play and then throws the ball into the dugout, so the lead-off for the Huskers is on second.

too shallow for the runner to advance.

ouch.
Nebraska had better have the come back of a lifetime now to win this game, because I don't think we can come back with three runs down in an inning.

2 outs for Texas, I have the feeling this is going to the rubber match for a deciding game.
