Join the Husker Home Run Club Junior!

Hey! You're attending this week's Nebraska - Texas series in Lincoln, right? Are the kids going? Are they members of the Husker Home Run Club Junior, the club for kids? If not, they can join at the game!

Cost is a measly $10. For the $10, they get a baseball t-shirt, but more importantly, they get to take part in all the activities sponsored by Nebraska's baseball booster club - the Husker Home Run Club.

You don't have time to mail in the membership and get your t-shirt back, so here's what you do. You get over to the Husker Home Run Club web site, and you print out the Jr Club membership form. You take your $10, and your filled out membership form to the Home Run Club trailer at the game.

Make sure to tell them at the trailer that you heard about it at Corn Nation!

Here are the events planned for Junior Home Run Club Members this weekend:

April 21, 2007 - Jr. Home Run Club members sing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame"!

Join other members on the field for the 7th inning stretch. If you would like to join us, please meet at the Husker Home Run Club trailer at the bottom of the 5th inning.

April 22, 2007 - Scorecard Day!

Do you know how to keep score for a baseball game? Show your membership card at our table by the Home Run Club Trailer and receive your "unofficial" JHRC scorecard and pencil! Keep score on your card for one full inning (top and botton of one of the first three innings) and return to the table before the end of the 4th inning to receive a prize!
