Assistance Please - Compile List of Accomplishments
I'd like to compile a list of accomplishments during the Bill Callahan era.
Most of these (unfortunately) will be entries detailing the worst set of records in Cornhusker history by the time this season is over.
Entries would include:
- Record for passing games, most passing yardage
- Most points given up- Today, against kansas
- Worst record in xx years.
But, please put your thinking caps on, and come up with whatever you think would be fitting. We'll compile the list, I'll put it in a post at the end of the season, and then add that post to the "Best of CN" sidebar entry I created this evening.
Reason being is that I'd like to create a reference that everyone can use when we want to refer other people to Bill and Kevin's accomplishments at Nebraska.
Thanks

You ought to
talk to that Georgia Husker guy over at Fire Bill Callahan. He has heaps and gobs of things along the lines of: Nebraska has managed 9 sacks this season, and needs 16 sacks in the final three games just to tie the lowest-ever sack totals in school history.
I think you've got a great idea here. This has gotten so ridiculously out of hand that there really ought to be a permanent "just how bad were Callahan and Cosgrove" resource out there.
Poorest Secondary Ever
...as described by Phil Elmassian in 2004.
Who were these guys who played worse than anybody else?
Fabian Washington (1st round draft pick by Raiders)
Josh Bullocks (2nd round draft pick by Saints)
Daniel Bullocks (2nd round draft pick by Lions)
3 out of 4 guys were future top NFL draft picks. I think that pretty much says it all.
Worst Beatdown
The KU beatdown is the worst loss by any Husker team in the history of the school. We knew KU would bring the wood, but Cosgrove cut the friggin trees for Manginos Boyz. It was like watching batting practice at a ball game.

Most points
in the first half 48 to KU
int the second half 49 to TT
in a game 76 to KU (beating the 70 by TT)
most times giving up 40 or points in a season will be the '07 team.
most times giving up more then 400 yards in a game and probably most times giving up more then 500 yards in a game.
Will come up with more soon.
Here's another one...
...in the past four years, only two teams have given up 70 or more points more than once.
Nebraska
Temple
you're not serious
that's bloody awful.
